Early this year, I publicly opposed WAPC’s recent proposal to further widen Guildford Road due to the significant impact on our community, including on heritage buildings and businesses. The plan was eventually knocked back by the Minister for Planning.
Nevertheless, I am supportive of safety and amenity improvements to Guildford Road and its verges.
